Goat Receipts:       1658    Last week: 1758 Year Ago: 1867

Slaughter Goats: Compared to last week's sale, all classes of slaughter 
goats sold 10.00-15.00 higher, with the exception of wether goats that 
traded very weak. Overall, good demand and slow trade.  All goats are sold 
by the head, on estimated weights. Goat supply consisted of 72 percent kids, 
12 percent nannies, 7 percent billies and 9 percent miscellaneous stock. All 
goats are sold by the head, on estimated weights.
 
   Slaughter Kids: Selection 1  40-60 lbs 106.00-133.00; 60-80 lbs 
126.00-147.00; 80-90 lbs 146.00-161.00; 90-100 lbs 179.00-186.00. 
Selection 2  40-50 lbs 76.00-87.00; 50-60 lbs 82.00-96.00; 60-80 lbs 
101.00-127.00; 80-90 lbs 119.00-134.00. Selection 3 30-40 lbs 54.00-
68.00; 40-60 lbs 66.00-79.00; 70-80 lbs 65.00-80.00.
