Top seller brings $12,000 at True Colors sale

CGL Farms' 3LF Rubicon sold for $12,000
to Joseph and Mary Crider of Veedersburg, Ind.
 



The first True Colors Boer Goat Sale was held May 26 in Pennsylvania Furnace, Pa. at the Samuel E. Hayes Jr. Livestock Evaluation Center. 

Consignors were ASHS Boer Goats, W.V.; CGL Farms, Texas; Chestnut Springs Farm, W.V.; Davidson Livestock, Ohio; Far View Farms, W.V.; Freedom Farms, Ohio; Losch's Riverview Farm, Pa.; Pine Bank Farm, Ohio; Raining Acorn Ranch, Ind.; and Stoney Point Farm, Ohio. These farms brought 106 head of bucks and does for the auction. 

The high-selling buck was a spotted buck from CGL Farms, 3LF Rubicon, sold for an impressive $12,000 to Joseph and Mary Crider of Veedersburg, Ind. They also purchased the equally impressive high-selling doe from CGL Farms, 3LF Polka Pinata, for $6,000.
