Boer goat shows this month in Kansas

The Kansas Boer Goat Association is offering three show opportunities on October 29-30 2011 in KANSAS! Shows will include: a KBGA junior breed show, and two ABGA-sanctioned open breed shows. Shows will be judged by American Boer Goat Association certified judges. The Osage City show pavilion offers a fully-enclosed show ring with bleachers, restrooms, concessions and an attached, covered concrete pen area. Convenient wash racks and grooming areas are available, as well as excellent parking. New pens were also added this summer.

More information can be found at:

The KBGA is a newly-formed, not-for-profit organization. The objective is to promote all aspects of owning, rearing, caring for, breeding, showing and marketing the Boer goat.

Please plan to join in the excitement. Membership and exhibitor participation will help make future events such as educational clinics (health, management, breeding, fitting and showing, etc.), sales and additional shows hosted by KBGA a reality! A membership meeting will take place directly following the October 29 open show.
